8 Week Total Body Dumbbell Challenge

Over the course of an eight-week period you will primarily use dumbbells as the driving source of your resistance training. We will instruct you through a very strict, total body dumbbell routine that is designed to completely break down your targeted muscle groups in an effective yet unfamiliar way. The dumbbell allows further stretching and resistance and increases the required stability from other secondary muscle groups to perform each exercise, thus causing the muscle to experience a different level of tension throughout the entire work out. Increasing the T.U.T (Time Under Tension). This module will include a complex stretching routine designed to enable the body to perform and recover properly during the section. This program adds a unique and fun twist to your strength training regimen.
