12 Week Advanced Weight Training Muscle Assault

This program is not for the faint of heart. Strap on your weight belts tightly because in this module the intensity rises and so do the weights! We take you through a series of very precise, compound movements designed to completely break down those intricate muscle fibers and engorge the targeted muscle with as much blood as it can handle. We provide multiple training splits that constantly keep the body guessing. We have active rest days included to ensure the muscles are recovering properly while staying active and maintaining mobility through lowered intensity.
